Research
I am interested in how micro-scale processes and interactions in ecological/biological systems can cause emergent behaviors, phase transitions or origin of innovations at different spatio-temporal scales. I use various quantitative tools such as networks, agent based simulations and ODE models to explore these biological dynamics. Below are different aspects of my interests, as well as present and past work. A list of my published work can be found here.
If you want to collaborate about any of these topics, I would love to hear from you. I love working in multi-disciplinary collaborative groups, especially those composed of young researchers. I am and was a part of many such working groups, which have shaped and improved my research experience, and expertise.
